ECONOMIC COUNCIL TO THE PRIME MINISTER OF THE RM
August 30, 2019 – The Executive approved the Government Action Plan for the 2019-2020 on today`s meeting. The document includes actions for all areas of development of the state.
The plan has been publicly debated for a month both on online platforms and in meetings organized by ministries. The members of the Economic Council to the Prime Minister of Moldova and the experts of its Secretariat participated with recommendations.
Develop a new mechanism for establishing the amount of insurance for dangerous industrial objects, based on the regulatory impact analysis.
Finalizing negotiations with the European Commission in order to obtain permission for the transit of composite products (eg. ice-cream) through EU countries.
Integrating the last 3 financial and statistical electronic reports (of 26 existing) into one-stop shop reporting platform (raportare.gov.md).
Amending legislation to ensure access to dispute resolution councils for all persons subject to tax and customs control, by excluding ceilings of minimum tax and customs obligations that can be examined by councils.
Optimizing the valuation of goods for customs purposes, established by Government Decision no. 974 of 08.15.2016 approving the Regulation on the declaration of customs value of goods.
Simplifying export procedures for postal goods whose value invoiced per delivery does not exceed € 1,000 by filing a single customs declaration for all transactions made within a month.
Elaboration and signing of the agreements of interinstitutional collaboration in order to ensure the automated access of the banks to the personal data from the resources held by the Public Services Agency, in the context of respecting the requirements imposed on the operators of personal data.
The subjects of these topics are addressed to the Economic Council by the business community, donor institutions and representatives of the state, who jointly seek solutions for these and other topics.
The experts of the Economic Council will ensure the involvement and contribution of the members of the Council in the implementation of the actions that have been recommended by the Platform for the Government Action Plan.
