Remote services for opening, liquidating and amending business documents

11 August 2020 – Business and representatives of state institutions initiated discussions on this topic in the Economic Council. The debates take place in the context of the implementation of the Roadmap for boosting the process of digitization of the national economy and the development of electronic commerce.

The pandemic has imposed restrictions and impediments on the process of interaction of state institutions with consumers, especially when entrepreneurs are stuck abroad or quarantined. Thus, the processes related to business opening and related ones become more complicated today.

representatives of state institutions, say that the remote interaction of G2B relations on this subject is in process.

In the meantime, the participants in the discussions agreed to explore a quick intermediate solution, namely the use of e-mail and electronic signature in the process of submitting documents and obtaining decisions in this area. This solution does not place an additional burden on state institutions, and would allow the problems of the business community to be solved quickly.

Technical meetings will take place, so that an answer to these questions can be found and the solutions presented to the authorities for promotion.
