{"id":33061,"date":"2025-03-07T11:50:33","date_gmt":"2025-03-07T09:50:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/consecon.gov.md\/?p=33061"},"modified":"2025-03-07T11:50:40","modified_gmt":"2025-03-07T09:50:40","slug":"consultancy-opportunities-ebrd-funded-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/consecon.gov.md\/en\/2025\/03\/07\/consultancy-opportunities-ebrd-funded-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Consultancy opportunities EBRD funded project"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Consultancy opportunities EBRD funded project:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Digitization of public services for companies in the Republic of Moldova &#8211; creation of the Electronic Notarisation platform (eNotary)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Submission closing date: 1<sup>st<\/sup> April 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li><strong>Objective of the project<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>In response to a request from the Government of Moldova, the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development has launched a pilot project to support the government\u2019s reforms agenda with the development of the e-Notary platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The e-Notary platform will allow businesses and citizens to remotely access digital notary services, enhancing accessibility, efficiency, and transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This initiative represents a key step forward in Moldova\u2019s digital transformation, aligning with international best practices and improving the ease of doing business in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The development of the e-Notary portal, will follow the international best practice, including but not limited to the following tasks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Develop the e-Notary platform in accordance with the business and technical requirements developed during the first stage of the project.<\/li><li>Installation of the implemented system in cloud based governmental infrastructure (MCloud).
